That I need to fish it! 1) what state of tide is best. 2) where do you park and do you have to pay. 3) do you pay to fish the pier. 4) is it open all year. 5) do you fish different sides on the flood or ebb.
Penarth has fishing from a pier, which fishes onto a clean bottom. The pier is signposted from the town, there is car parking available. Fish include whiting, mullet, cod, bass, conger, pouting, flounders.
Oct 30, 2011 · STRANGE: Despite the ‘No Fishing’ signs, fishing is permitted from Penarth Pier - except during the summer months of June, July and August for health and safety reasons.

Fishing is permitted at the end of the pier except during June, July and August. Permits are not required and there is no charge to fish on the pier. Dogs are welcome on the beach from the beginning of Oct to end April each year.

Sep 7, 2004 · For anyone in the Penarth/South Wales area, is fishing permitted off Penarth Pier? And if so is there anything to catch there? I was told that it`s closed for fishing over the summer months but is reopened in September, but I havn`t found anything to confirm this.
