   After watching Naruto in dub, then Shippuden in sub: I remember Naruto dub being fine, but whenever I hear dubs of Shippuden it always makes me cringe. So I would personally recommend sub at least once you get to Shippuden.

   • Hearing Pain in dub, that alone makes it worth it lol. But both are good of course. Sub. The dub is annoying, not to mention sometimes inaccurate about how it translates certain dialogue. Sub is always the way to go. I think the dub is completely fine, even counting the original Naruto. I feel like people take too much of a dump on dubs.
