At the bottom of the refund page, there should be an option for still needing help. Using that you can submit a ticket to ask for a gm to look at your request.
The renewal kicked in, but didn't want it. Cancelled my WoW account but still being charged. World of Warcraft subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but you can use our refund review feature to see if an exception is possible. You can contact customer support, I really doubt they'll refund you though. You willingly paid for the service, and even though it was only 2 hours you still used it. At that point Blizzard has fulfilled their obligation, there is no money back guarantee that I'm aware of. Have you tried playing retail WoW.

Pre-ordered less than 14 days before the release date. If your purchase meets all criteria in the checklist below, you can request a refund at any time before the release date (if the release date has passed, within 14 days from purchase).
