Do Zellers rainchecks have an expiry date? It was my understanding that they do not have an expiry date and can be used at any Zellers store. I read a post on this blog that mentioned that they have a 2 year shelf life. Any additional info? I tried to use a raincheck (2 months old) along with coupons for Dove soap, but was rejected.

I do this all the time for meat sales. I must confess that sometimes I hit the grocery store at the end of the sale week, counting on the meat item to be out of stock so that I can get a rain check (and usually I will have gone in at the start of the sale and bought a bit, too) and then buy it fresh later in the month.
