Nov 15, 2013 · In story terms it is your basic timey-wimey Doctor Who plot filled with thrills, spills and a good run around with not only one Doctor and a companion, but with several. The Doctor’s evil enemy the Rani conducts a plan to ensnare her greatest rival into a 20 year time-loop within the backend of East London. Quite simple but effective.
