All the other services I looked at only supported 4K with some sort of streaming device. Even Prime Video doesn't support 4K on a Windows computers.

As mentioned, the new Media Player app is not in the Microsoft Store. The only way to get it is by updating Windows. Once it appears, Groove will be gone, and any playlists you had in that app will now show up in Media Player.

It choked on 1080p high bitrate content going to 4k. 4k was a lag fest. I read the documentation, upgraded the drivers right from Intel, and bam, next series of tests locked up the NUC and had to do turn it off and on again. Did a clean install of Windows with the latest Intel drivers and the same.
