Oct 23, 2015 · For Atari 2600 ROMs there is no header information, so *.a26, *.bin, *.rom naming conventions are interchangeable; it will make no difference which naming convention is utilized (in general). However, for any ROMs, especially those above 4K (AKA utilize bankswitching), that Harmony does not recognize properly, there is a list of file extensions that specify exact types:

Probably some of this will be fixed with software updates. Currently no way to play two-button 7800 games, but they've announced that a new 2-button 7800 controller is coming, so that will apparently be fixed. The 2600+ does actually work with the Harmony Cart if you just load one game on the card and don't use the menu.
