    Gather Materials

    1. Transcript(s) from all high schools and colleges (if applicable) that you've attended. 2. 12th grade fall and spring course schedules to include in-progress and planned course work. Do not include planned summer courses. They will not be considered on your application. 3. Do not send official transcripts unless we request them.
