    • Arizona. Arizona’s tuition deal for older residents isn’t a freebie. The 10 campuses of Maricopa (County) Community Colleges offer a 50% discount on resident tuition rates to residents 65 and older who live in the county.
    • Arkansas. For Arkansas residents 60 and older, tuition and student fees are waived at all state-supported colleges, including community colleges. This freebie applies only to for-credit courses and is offered on a space-available basis.
