Jun 21, 2009 · Nowhere. Yes, they do unless the item is a special purchase or clearance item. They won't give you a raincheck if they aren't going to the item back in. If you notice the 2 day sale this weekend says "No rainchecks. While quantities last". Unless they are discontinuing the ottoman, you should be able to get a raincheck provided it is out of stock.
