Nov 12, 2024 · Re: Cash or Credit Card. 1 year ago. Credit cards is more and more common all over Greece. All hotels and restaurants are obliged to take credit cards. Most taxis dont, and the local kiosks dont. Master Card or VISA is the most accepted. AMEX isn't very popular and can only be used at very few places. Contactless card readers are the most common.
