Emerald and coal are most common at high elevations, with emerald being mountain-exclusive as usual. Coal is tagged with "reduced air exposure" but doesn't really matter. Copper is most common at y48, or just about anywhere in dripstone caves.

Started a new world in 1.17.1 java and deepslate starts around Y = 10 and bedrock starts at Y = 5. Unsure of how to fix this?
