   As a heads up, Freshco does not do rain cheques. At least they price match. Also, speaking from my experience in Ontario, most things are are on sale every 2-3 months, and some stuff is on sale somewhere every week.

   Does FreshCo have a freshness guarantee?

   • The other thing they are doing is offering a Freshness Guarantee on produce. "If your produce isn't fresh, we'll replace AND refund it". Again this is something Freshco already does. I don't know how they determine "fresh", but I've bought too many bags of potatoes to find rotten ones inside because all their potato bags are always wet.

   • They have to follow what their flyer says e.g. Rainchecks are offered for all out of stock flyer items EXCEPT the ones that have “until quantities last” written underneath the item. So they can’t refuse to give you a rain check unless they never carried the item at all to begin with.

   It depends on where you live I think. Superstore here in Nova Scotia does rain checks for 2 weeks, No Frills does too.
