There's a compatibility tool on Nexus that nominally lets MSCLoader load Pro-compatible mods, and it works for most things, but it doesn't for others - if there's Pro-exclusive mods you want to use, see if the tool makes them work, and if not, you might be able to check the Nexus comments for a solution.
