Oct 5, 2023 · I just noticed in the flyer for Ontario starting Oct. 5, No Frills is now offering Rain Checks on their current flyer deals plus 10% back in PC Optimum points. Freshco and Food Basics already offer rain checks plus 10% off the price so this isn't as good. Rain checks are only good for 14 days for the date of issue.
The thing about No Frills though is that they only match the sale item at other stores if it is the same serving size. Ex. if a family size of chicken breast are on sale at one store, and No Frills has the club size, no bueno.

Jun 25, 2024 · At my local No Frills after ownership changed, I started having issues with price matching where cashiers told me they were not to PM things they always did before with no issue like produce or eggs. I'm sure many customers accept no for an answer and walk away.
Does anyone know how long rain checks are valid for in grocery stores, specifically No Frills/Freshco? I have rainchecks from No Frills and Freshco but don't know how long they are valid. Do they ever expire?

Jun 25, 2024 · You should have no trouble getting this exchanged or refunded, especially since the BB date is March. In general in my experience grocery stores tend to give the customer the benefit of any doubt, even without a receipt.
