I just noticed in the flyer for Ontario starting Oct. 5, No Frills is now offering Rain Checks on their current flyer deals plus 10% back in PC Optimum points. Freshco and Food Basics already offer rain checks plus 10% off the price so this isn't as good.

Jun 25, 2024 · You can get a raincheck for the item's advertised price, the points are YMMV. Consumer facing policies aren't very clear, but the physical rainchecks I receive state it's issued for the "advertised price".
The thing about No Frills though is that they only match the sale item at other stores if it is the same serving size. Ex. if a family size of chicken breast are on sale at one store, and No Frills has the club size, no bueno.
Does anyone know how long rain checks are valid for in grocery stores, specifically No Frills/Freshco? I have rainchecks from No Frills and Freshco but don't know how long they are valid. Do they ever expire?
