   Also, speaking from my experience in Ontario, most things are are on sale every 2-3 months, and some stuff is on sale somewhere every week. No point in spending time getting a rain cheques to stock up on something like canned tomatoes or chocolate milk unless you cannot visit other stores at all.

   • The head cashier is typically pretty good when called. It appears that didn't work in your case, so I would call head office and make a complaint. The store will be contacted to improve and usually they will give you some points but No Frills is stingier with points than the other PCO stores. Not satisfied, escalate.
