OhioHealth is now hiring 16- and 17-year-olds for specific entry-level jobs to provide young adults with immediate experience. These jobs include: Pharmacy Tech trainees: Must be a senior in high school, at least 17 years old and attend one of the Ohio Public High School-approved Pharmacy Technician Training Programs.
Participation gives programs expanded autonomy to create innovative training pathways and can offer relief from some ACGME program requirements. Participating programs can choose to convert all of their residency slots to 4 years in length or offer additional training for select residents only (maintaining both 3-year and 4-year training pathways).
