   Asking for the student discount isn't enough, you have to specifically ask for the QR code with signup instructions. The person who is in charge of handling Presto cards at DC is so lazy. I did show my watcard and ask for the student discount but he didn't tell me that doing so wasn't how you get the student discount, and didn't show me the actual signup instructions.
