  3. I do know that the out-of-the-box firmware is ever so slightly different from the update that typically the PS5 will ask you to perform once it's connected. So it's certainly possible. It does seem odd though because I do know of some people who don't even own a PS5 but still bought the dualsense for pc only and I'm not aware of any glaring issues.
