So I currently have 3 properties, 2 are in saskatoon. Last year I did not pay my taxes. This year I received a letter in the mail from some company in Calgary offering 2nd mortgages because they knew im behind on taxes. I asked them their rate and he told me 12 to 15% plus fees lol. Charlie's rates are better.
