I used my 11” iPad Pro as a replacement while my MacBook was getting repaired. I found that for most tasks it was an acceptable albeit slower replacement. By slower, I mean that there were work arounds for certain tasks. The iPad does not handle files and certain tasks as easy as a laptop.
