We really appreciated the Atomknit upper and its snug feel—though it might not suit those with wider feet.

The lack of any cushioning besides a somewhat thick insole encourages a very forefoot strike, as does the plate. If you are a heel striker in training, this may not be for you. Somehow, they are still very comfortable to stand in and you could definitely wear them for a good 20mins while getting ready to race.
When you're running 100m, there's not much of a need to have a lot of padding underfoot and the Nike Zoom Superfly Elite doesn't add on unnecessary cushioning to bring up the overall weight of the shoe.
