Aug 20, 2021 · Midsole: 8/10 They don't have a midsole. If you aren't running sub 1:59/sub 57 they may get uncomfortable (i am in 1:58 shape rn). The lack of any cushioning besides a somewhat thick insole encourages a very forefoot strike, as does the plate. If you are a heel striker in training, this may not be for you.
