Oct 10, 2023 · Updated on October 10, 2023. Universal Studios Hollywood offers complimentary WiFi throughout its parks and Universal CityWalk. The WiFi is available park-wide, meaning you can use it in any area of the parks; you are not limited to a certain area for connection.
Hollywood is completely doable within 1 day with an express in the summer. You’ll have priority access to rides that will save you tons of time. My advice is to plan out your strategy for using the express lane once you are in the park that will maximize your ability to do every ride and possible a handful of them more than once.

- Buy Tickets in Advance. While it is always an option to show up the theme park day of and buy admissions right there, this is not your best bet for a couple of reasons.
- Pick the Perfect Day(s) to Go. Just like any other amusement park, there are days when Universal Hollywood Studios is almost guaranteed to be completely packed with people.
- The Early Bird Gets the Worm. Get to the park early (at least thirty minutes) and make sure you include time to park. The earlier you get to the park, the closer to the front of the admissions line you will be and the quicker you will get in to start your day, ahead of the crowds.
- Universal Express Passes. Getting a Universal Express Pass can save you lots of time and allow you to make the most out of your day. It’s kind of like Disney’s Genie+ system.
Nov 27, 2023 · Look for Signage. Universal Studios Hollywood has clear signage indicating the location of the Single Rider Line entrances. Keep an eye out for signs that say “Single Rider” or “Single Riders Entrance.”. These signs are typically placed near the main entrance of the attraction or along the regular queue line.

This guide is really helpful for deciding whether or not to purchase it. Plan to arrive at the Universal Studios Hollywood parking structure about 30-40 minutes before opening time. You’ll need to wait in line to pay, park and then walk through CityWalk. That process took us 25 minutes on an extremely quiet day.
