Mar 4, 2020 · Just to clarify, your partner can get a new customer deal even if they are married with the same surname, but the existing account would to have a 30 days cancellation completed and then there would need to be no Virgin Media services at the property for 90 days to be able to get the new deal. Virgin instructed us we can cancel it for the 29th august 2021 as that was the installation date of the 500mb package i took out as a new customer. 29th auguat comes, engineer immediately says impossible to the job, which is basically running about 30m of cabling from the white box previoualy installed by virgin engineers at the front of the house, around it to the back garden into the annex.
