Apr 17, 2024 · Hi @Palm771 . No, VM don't have a stabilisation period for the speed to settle down. Even using the same speed test site when measuring the connection you will find the results vary.

Turn the Hub’s power off at the wall, then check all the Hub’s cables are firmly connected – including the power cable and the white cable. Turn the power back on and wait for 5–10 minutes while the Hub starts up again. Improve WiFi speed by checking each device.

Jan 27, 2024 · on 27-01-2024 14:17. Has anyone else tried automatically scheduled speed tests? I used testmy.net set for 5 mins and after a few tests it dropped to 5mbps. Tried with a powershell script for Ookla cli, same thing. Changed interval to 10.5 mins for Ookla and it worked. I'd like to know if Virgin are blocking tests, that's what it look like.
