Mar 10, 2024 · I just signed up to Virgin Media's M125 plan. I'd like to continue using my landline but, when I signed up, it did not ask for my landline number. Two questions: 1 - Does the M125 plan include use of landline for calls? I need to keep my landline number for security purposes. 2 - How can I arrange for my landline number to be ported?

Dec 11, 2023 · In order to discuss getting a landline service added on, we'd suggest contacting the pre-installation team on 0800 052 1734. You should be able to port your number in from your old supplier as long as it's still active. Please let us know how you've got on after speaking to the team.
