Suppose your household's eligible for Volt by having Virgin Media broadband. At least one eligible O2 Pay Monthly tariff registered, but you're already on the fastest broadband speeds in your area (up to a max of 1Gbps).
All you have to do to enable Volt benefits is pop onto My O2 and press the button to enable the benefits. You can find that on the mobile WEBSITE and the desktop website under Menu -> More -> Volt Benefits. In some cases you’ll be met with the message saying “thanks for your interest in Volt.”
