I was at Walmart yesterday and asked where I could get a rain check, at customer service or the cashier and was told they do not give rain checks. I was at a Superstore, is this true? I ended up at another regular Walmart where they did have the product so it was okay, but looking at this thread, most agree that Walmart does issue rain checks on items in their flyers.
Usually, the customer request meant I would have to get a manager and they almost always said something like 3-5. Also, for whatever reasons we weren't allowed to issue rainchecks for some items. This always varied though, so I can’t give any specifics, just realize sometimes they can’t be written.
