May 10, 2013 · The CSR would NOT give me a raincheck. Apparently store policy is to not give rainchecks for sale items - only for 'Everyday Low Price' items. I tried to argue that there was no point in getting a raincheck if they were out of an item and it was regular price, but she said that was the policy.

Example: we didn’t have two of the items needed to earn extra bucks but the item wasn’t on sale and it was just an extra buck promo. It just seems off to give rain checks for this.
