When you add a program to your library, certain episodes may be available to watch immediately, even if the program has not recently aired live. No, commercial breaks are set by each channel. Cable channels do have space for providers to insert local ads, and YouTube TV does put some ads (it says Ad Info in the corner on these ads), tips, "moment of Zen", "we'll be right back" messages in those spots. YouTube Premium is a separate paid membership, available in certain countries, that gives you an enhanced, uninterrupted experience across YouTube, YouTube Music, and YouTube Kids. If you're both a YouTube Premium and YouTube TV member, you can watch your favorite YouTube videos on YouTube TV ads-free, but ads will still appear on live and recorded TV.
