Ohio Real Estate Sales Professional Short-Term Technical Certificate ($136.03 per hour of academic credit): Complete 120 hours of required prelicensing classes while also earning 18 hours of academic credit. Programming includes a computer class and communication courses to learn how to present yourself professionally.

The Hondros Family of Companies was founded almost 50 years ago by John G. Hondros under the name The Ohio Real Estate Preparatory School. The school, now known as Hondros College, successfully expanded to offer both pre-licensing and continuing professional education courses for the real estate, appraisal, mortgage, insurance, home inspection, and securities industries.
