Season 1 is the first season of HBO Max's series The Flight Attendant. It premiered on HBO Max on November 26, 2020, and ran for eight consecutive episodes.
On October 20, 2020, HBO Max announced that the series would premiere three episodes on Thursday, November 26, followed by the launch of two new episodes on December 3, two episodes on December 10, and the finale episode on December 17.
The first episode was also made available early, but only to those signed up to HBO Max through a free trial and not to existing customers. However, the full episode has also been posted on YouTube.
Although the series was announced as a miniseries, it was announced the day after first season's finale that the great success of the program had resulted in its being renewed for a second season.

Blake Neely, known also for his work on series such as DC's Legends of Tomorrow and Riverdale composed the soundtrack for the first season of The Flight Attendant. The series also featured songs by groups and artists ranging from ABBA to Sia.
•Greg Berlanti, Kaley Cuoco, Steve Yockey, Marcie Ulin, Meredith Lavender and Sarah Schechter serve as executive producers, and Suzanne McCormack is Co-Executive Producer.
•Susanna Fogel directs and executive produces the first two episodes.
