Each area is scored in the 200 to 300 point range. Achieving a minimum score of 250 in each area is required for admission into the Real Estate Salesperson Program. Applicants can re-take the exam at an additional fee of $125 in order to obtain the minimum required scores. The test is untimed, but most learners complete it in less than 90 minutes.
