Glassdoor says on their site, "Your trust is our top concern, so companies can't alter or remove reviews." Probably technically true, but they apparently can have Glassdoor remove the reviews for them. I think ex-employees review reports are treated differently than company review reports.
A Warning About Glassdoor. Interviews. EDIT: A little info from Glassdoor that I learned as part of my last job in marketing: The most recent review left, regardless of its score, is weighted at 80%. This is why after a negative review is left, a company will routinely leave an onslaught of positive reviews to counterweight the negative one.
Axon is a known bad company to work for, and is engaged in a campaign of actively suppressing any bit of bad press. Anecdotal, but know some people who worked there and quit. Horrible things apparently. Execs going on huge lavish vacations then firing staff to make up for it. Fake glassdoor reviews to keep recruits coming in. etc.
Nov 18, 2017 · Glassdoor is a Scam and a Sham. I have had good jobs and bad jobs in my life. I have posted both positive and negative reviews on Glassdoor, for companies that I've worked with. Imagine my shock when I saw that Glassdoor deleted all of the ones on my account for no reason. Some of them had been online for years.

Mar 9, 2017 · Yesterday night, I was browsing glassdoor and I saw the same job posted but it was under a different source (same position, same company when you click on the job post, but in the list the postion was under some other jobboard). Fast forward to this morning, the job again was posted only this time, the source was from the company itself.

Today I got an email from Glassdoor saying that since my review contained “strong allegations” against my former employer I had to re-submit it. After navigating their terrible mobile browser site I was able to do so. However, my review along with the only other negative review (out of 6 total reviews) are no longer visible on the company ...

I even had a company reach out to me by doing a resume search on Indeed which was nice... I had a phone screening interview and in-person interview as a result. Glassdoor I use more for interview questions, reviews ...
