  6. Its been used a lot on t-shirt designs, stage backdrops, etc since Warning to the point of being a sort of general logo for the band. Good question on why it would be on the back cover of AI though, had never really thought about it - their production is credited to "Green Daze Music" it may be the logo they use for that but who knows.
