Jun 6, 2006 · This is a much more mature album, Dave even mentions that he's gotten older in the lyrics. The songs rock, they roll, they fit like a well worn glove. They've stretched out on this one, more control, more emphasis, more determination. Like Dylan they have delivered something completely different and completely Cracker.

Cracker is an American rock band formed in 1990 by lead singer David Lowery and guitarist Johnny Hickman. The band's first album Cracker was released in 1992 on Virgin Records ; it included the single " Teen Angst (What the World Needs Now) ", which went to #1 on the U.S. Modern Rock chart.
