Habib ur Rahman (1913–1978) was an army officer in the Indian National Army (INA) who was charged with "waging war against His Majesty the King Emperor".
I am inclined to believe that Rahman Khan was actually a British spy and agent planted in INA under the confusion of battles, retreats, and defections bang in the middle of WWII. His ultimate aim was assassination of Bose, and this he carried off.
