The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) provides Police Record Checks to residents of Halton region for employment or volunteer purposes. Police Record Checks are available online or via computer kiosk at HRPS Headquarters located at 2485 North Service Road West, Oakville.
This system allows you to apply for a Police Record Check 24 hours a day without having to attend our facility. All aspects of the process - including verification of your identification, fee payment, and the results - are handled electronically.
It is a collection of offence information, including convictions, outstanding warrants, charges, judicial orders and sexual offence convictions for which the individual has received a record suspension where authorized by the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness.
