COVID-19 lab tests display in the Lab and Pathology Results portlet. In order to see lab info your organization must be authorized for OLIS access and the patient must have an Ontario HCN. Due to differences in lab submissions, some results may not appear in the Microbiology tab.

You must be authorized for OLIS information access. The Lab icon does not display if you do not have access. To see OLIS information, the patient must have an Ontario HCN.
Screening Results If all responses to these screening questions are “no”: COVID screen is negative. The individual may proceed to their workplace. If any response to these screening questions is “yes”: COVID screen is positive. Once an individual has been screened as positive additional COVID-19 screening questions may discontinue.

If you do not have symptoms of COVID-19, it is being recommended to not go to the COVID-19 assessment centre. If you have symptoms, and/or are struggling at home, it is being recommended to go to the COVID-19 assessment centre.
