BE was $44 million according to the wikipedia. Second, if you really think BE was not a bad movie you need to watch a lot more movies -- good movies.

Jul 14, 2008 · Even when compared to other bad films and not taking the investment in this monster into account, it's still pretty hard not to say that this is the Worst Film of the 20th Century. This film actually makes Manos: The Hands of Fate look like Oscar material. It is so gut-retchingly bad that it makes Gigli seem divinely inspired.
