May 27, 2022 · You can do so by logging into their O2 account online at www.accounts.o2.co.uk/signin or via the MyO2 app. Do I get Volt if I’m an Oomph customer? Volt is available for customers of both VM and O2, and as Oomph comes with Virgin Mobile - not O2 - then you won't be eligible.
In the meantime, you can still enjoy double mobile data on O2 or unlimited data if you're on a tariff of 250GB and above. You'll also get our other Volt benefits, like the WiFi Guarantee with up to three WiFi Pods if needed. Plus, roaming in 75 countries with O2 Travel Inclusive Zone.
