  5. Jul 7, 2017 · I also used the keys on the number pad when I was using number lock, and though the left and right keys (4 and 6) were working, the up and down (8 and 2) keys were not working. There is nothing physically wrong, since when I turn off number lock, 8 and 2 still work. This laptop is Windows 10, and the model is M2C92UA#ABA. Any help?
