My Service Canada Account (MSCA) is a secure online portal. It allows you to access services for Employment Insurance (EI), Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Canada Pension Plan disability, Old Age Security (OAS), Social Insurance Number (SIN) and Canada Apprentice Loan.

If you live in Puerto Rico you will not receive Medicare Part B automatically. You will need to sign up for it during your IEP, or you may pay a penalty. To sign up, please call our toll-free number at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778).
$2,000 cap on out-of-pocket costs for drugs covered by your Medicare plan New in 2025, your out-of-pocket costs for covered drugs are capped at $2,000. The cap only applies to drugs covered by your Part D plan, so review your plan to make sure your drugs are covered.
