If you can’t access your COVID-19 test result from MyHealthNB, you must: Complete the Patient Access Release Form. Submit your completed form to your local Release of Information office by email. Include your name, where and when you had your COVID-19 test, and flight information, such as airline, flight # and departure time and location.
If you have NB Medicare, in order to access your personal health information in MyHealth Records you will need to increase your Access Level in Manage My Account (using your own registration code). If you registered with a Canadian Health Card (other than NB Medicare) you can only access your COVID-19 information in the COVID-19 application on the MyHealthNB website.
