What is MyHealthNB? MyHealthNB is a secure, online website and mobile app that makes it easy for citizens to access their personal health information anytime, anywhere. After logging into MyHealthNB, citizens can access the COVID-19 application on the MyHealthNB website and MyHealth Records on the MyHealthNB website or MyHealthNB mobile app.
Continue to follow your current processes for viewing patients' results from the various systems in place, such as the Electronic Health Record Viewer (EHR Viewer), Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and Meditech systems. Patients with a MyHealthNB account can access their results and personal health information prior to or after an appointment.

If you can’t access your COVID-19 test result from MyHealthNB, you must: Complete the Patient Access Release Form. Submit your completed form to your local Release of Information office by email. Include your name, where and when you had your COVID-19 test, and flight information, such as airline, flight # and departure time and location.
If you have NB Medicare, in order to access your personal health information in MyHealth Records you will need to increase your Access Level in Manage My Account (using your own registration code). If you registered with a Canadian Health Card (other than NB Medicare) you can only access your COVID-19 information in the COVID-19 application on the MyHealthNB website.
