When adding channels to Roku, we are directed to ctv.ca/activate where we are then prompted to input our "provider" and given a list of cable/satellite providers in Canada. Since we have not cacelled our Shaw service, I input my Shaw account info.

Jan 2, 2023 · CTV App provided an Activation Code, but website link provided does not work. Have CTV app on ROKU all 3 different devices I have are the same. When I try to login, it opens a screen with and provides a access code to say activate the device at ctv.ca/activate . This website does not exist, it takes you to a page to login with a cable credential.
