Call the Virginia EBT hotline number at 1-866-281-2448. Your state may require you to change your PIN, report your card stolen, and/or request a new card. If your benefits were electronically stolen in or after October 2022 (e.g., through skimming or phishing), you may be eligible to apply for reimbursement.
In-store, request a card at the cash desk and provide your email address. Then, go to deserres.ca to create your account. Note: If you didn't provide your email address in-store, you can validate your registration by logging into your account and clicking on Activate your card .
You must activate your account on deserres.ca by entering your business email address and your old DeSerres account number. You can also contact our Customer Service Department by email to obtain your DeSerres account number.
To activate a Creative Club Card, the Member must fill out the membership form, including the information required for all mandatory fields, online at www.deserres.ca.

If your Virginia EBT Card has been lost, stolen or is no longer working, you should call customer service at 1-866-281-2448 for a new EBT card. They will immediately disable the old card and arrange for the mailing of replacement EBT card to your address. The mailing process takes from 7-10 business days.
