  2. Oct 2, 2023 · @Nashga Provided the secondary email account already exists then it will have a My Virgin Media account set up for it. It isn't something that you need to create. To access the My VM account make sure that you are logged out of any other VM accounts and then log into the My VM page using the secondary email address and password.
